Thanks for your support. • Recipe is below: • BEEF AND PAPAYA FRUIT STIR FRY • 4 to 6 oz. sliced beef • 3 tbsp. cooking oil + 1 tbsp. cooking oil • 1 papaya fruit • 1 tablespoon sliced ginger • 1/2 cup sliced celery • 1/3 cup sliced carrot • 1 teaspoon sesame oil • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce • 1 to 2 tablespoons Chinese oyster sauce • 1/2 cup water • 1 teaspoon cornstarch in 3 tablespoons water • Slice beef and marinate in 3 tablespoons cooking oil, with 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon light soy sauce. Put in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight in the fridge. • Cut the papaya in half and then quarter. Cut the papaya into 1/2 inch slices. Then cut off the outer green skin. You need 2 to 3 cups papaya for this recipe. • Preheat a wok or pan at medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons cooking oil. Then add ginger, celery and carrots. Briefly stir fry. Turn heat to high setting. Add beef and stir fry until beef is half way cooked through. Then remove the beef and veggies onto a plate. • Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add papaya slices and briefly sear. Then stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add sesame oil, light Chinese soy sauce and Chinese oyster sauce. Briefly stir fry to mix in. Add water and bring water to boil. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce. Serve on a nice plate. Enjoy!
