#diwalisnacks2020 • In this video, learn how to prepare ribbon pakoda. • RECIPE: RIBBON PAKODA • INGREDIENTS: • Gram flour- 1 cup • Rice flour- 1 cup • Sesame seeds- 1 spn • Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 spn • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tspn • Salt- as required • Butter- 1 spn • Oil- as required • Asafoetida- optional • METHOD OF PREPARATION: • 1. In a bowl, add the required amount of water for dough. Add salt, kashmiri chilli powder, asafoetida(optional), sesame seeds, turmeric powder and mix well. • 2. Then add 1 cup besan flour, 1 cup rice flour and knead to make dough. Finally add 1 spoon of butter and knead. • 3. Take ribbon pakoda mould and fix to easy maker. Also grease with some oil to prevent dough from sticking to the mould. • 4. Place the dough inside the maker. • 5. Heat oil and press the ribbon pakoda into hot oil in circular motion. • 6. Flip to other side once the bubbles settle down. • 7. Once pakoda turns crisp, drain to the paper towel. • 8.
