MENORCA Travel Vlog Tourist Spots You MUST SEE

Welcome to Part 2 of my first European travel vlog as I explore Menorca (or Minorca), one of the Balearic Islands off of Spain and a popular tourist destination. If you’re looking for a summer holiday, then these vlogs will give you an idea of places to visit, things to see and where to stay. Last time I gave you a tour of the all inclusive Palladium Hotel as well as the beach resort of Arenal d’en Castell. • • In this second instalment, I visit a few of the tourism hotspots that Menorca has to offer and bring you along for the ride! Starting with a walking tour around the east coast city of Mahon, the cultural centre of the island. History and coffee, what could be better? We explore the ancient streets and appreciate the mind blowing architecture, checking out the markets, shops, the restaurants and bars, including a stop off at the Church of San Francisco, with breathtaking views from the top across the whole city and harbour. Next up, a walk through the beautiful coastal village of Binibeca with its quirky narrow streets, whitewashed houses and rocky coves, perfect for an Instagram pic! • • Then we move on to the breathtaking Cova d’en Xoroi in Cala en Porter, a hidden gem cave built into the cliffs which is a bar by day, nightclub at night, and one of the most Instagrammable places on the island - the views really are ridiculous. Finally, we venture to the tallest hill in Menorca, El Toro, with a panoramic view across the entire island. At the summit is a gothic church from the 1600s, the Sanctuary of the Virgen del Toro, a statue of Christ and of course a bar and restaurant! • • So walk with me and see why Menorca should be top of your list of places for a vacation this summer!
