Maya and Alex present Chawanmushi 茶碗蒸しat Kura-sushi. Chawanmushi is egg custard dish which uses the seeds of ginkgo. There are many varieties of the dish using different ingredients as as shiitake mushrooms, kamaboko (fish cakes) and bolild shrimp but the kura-sushi one used chicken meat and some kind of snail (for the surprise of Maya)!
