It can be purchased using the sign in front of the property for 40,000 gold. The land is very productive and comes with 50 planting soils. It also has food barrels that will produce food products every day, and you can harvest honey (from the apiary), eggs (from chicken nests) and milk (from cows) every 24 hours. • This land was meant to be your true home. The mod adds 6 different marriable NPCs, 3 women and 3 men. Use the book in the master bedroom to find a menu, which will allow you to choose your spouse.
