Hello Guys, In this video, we will walk you through the Kosmos Q Injection range. We're super excited about this and we've been using these on competition BBQ. • First one is the Moisture Magic . What this allows is you can inject the meat without adding any flavour, only adding moisture. So if you're a fan of the natural flavour of meat, this one is the right thing for you. • Another awesome one is the Chicken Injection . This will add a big punch of flavour without taking away the protein itself. So its a really good one and great to use in the competition BBQ. • The Wood Fire Chicken . We've been experimenting with this and the family seems to love it. This will add wood flavour to the chicken when cooking and this is great for cooking whole chooks. • The Original Pork is another awesome addition to the range. We use this a lot with moisture magic when injecting pork ribs and shoulder. Amazing pork flavour that is not overpowering. • The Original Beef Brisket speaks for itself. It is award-winning and one of the most used in the competition circuit. • Another addition to the range is the Smokehouse Reserve Blend . This adds a big smokehouse punch to your brisket and We mainly use this on beef short ribs with great success. • Lastly is the Turkey Brine . We use this at Thanksgiving and Christmas Turkey and it worked amazingly.
