While we covered most of the items used in this video, I did want to mention a few things we only lightly brushed on in the video: • B series AC in an EK: • You'll want to order an RD1 First Gen CRV AC bracket. This will allow you to use the OEM D series compressor, and keep all the hoses / wiring needed. • Power steering: • Power steering in an EK you'll need the Head specific Upper bracket, any lower b series bracket and a 99-00 Civic SI Power steering pump. This combo will allow you to use the OEM power steering lines and you wont need to fabricate anything additional. You may need to unbolt the bracket that holds the line on so that it reaches without being tight. • Drivers side mount tower: • This especially with the cheap mounts we used will need to move the cruise control unit slightly, and shave the power steering reservoir bracket to fit. You can keep it all, just keep in mind you'll need to massage it a little. • Fuel System: • We used aftermarket injectors and fuel rails. While you can keep the OEM fuel filter, its a good idea to at least change it, or go to an aftermarket ethanol compatible filter like we did. We showed how to adapter the hard line to an AN fitting. From there all that's left to do is add your desired filter and line to the rail. We used the stock return line and hose. • Flywheel / Clutch: • Light red locktite on flywheel bolts • Light blue locktite on pressure plate bolts • Follow torque specs to manufacture of the kit youll run • Injector wiring: • If you dont want to crimp the connectors like we did, there are a few brands that make plug and play connectors and they are vehicle specific. • Car Wrap items: • www.amazon.com/shop/sptuning • Looking for an affordable welder? • https://yeswelder.com/?ref=jjlsf9sx_6 • (Discount Code : SPTUNING) • Time Stamps: • 0:00 Parts and Build Overview • 3:55 Swap Mounts Used • 6:40 Flywheel and Clutch Install • 9:47 Attaching Transmission to Engine • 11:20 Injectors swap • 13:12 Quality Fuel Rail • 15:17 How to wire your injectors • 17:50 How to Calibrate TPS • 19:20 Installing Engine and Trans • 20:28 Torque Mounts Install • 21:06 T Bracket Install • 24:10 Header Install • 27:10 Adding Axles • 29:55 Fuel System • 32:30 First Start
