Pilates Meets HIIT

Today's workout is Pilates meet High Intensity Interval Training. I've taken some Pilates moves and added some intensity to it to get your heart-rate up. I've chosen 7 exercises aimed to work the entire body, each exercise is done for 45 secs with a 15 secs break to set up for the next exercise. we'll repeat the circuit for 3 rounds. We start with a warm-up and end with a cool-down. • Exercises: 45 secs of work / 15 secs active rest • 1. Wide Plié to Plank to T • 2. Crisscross • 3. All 4's Hover Rotate • 4. Sit-Up to Crab • 5. Reverse Angels • 6. Seated Twist • 7.
