Do try , would love to hear your feedback ☺️. • Ingredients: • Pistachio sponge cake • All purpose flour/ Plain flour-3/4 cup (100g) • Unsalted pistachio-1/4 cup (35 g)Powder it with one teaspoon sugar. • Baking Powder-1 teaspoon • Egg-4 ( Large eggs at room temperature) • salt-1/4 teaspoon • Sugar -1/2 cup ( 100 g) • vanilla essence-1 teaspoon • Milk sauce: • Condensed milk-1/2 cup (120 ml) • Evaporated milk-1 cup (250 ml) • Whipping cream or full fat milk-1/4 cup(60 ml) • Topping: • Whipping cream-1 cup • Baking: • Pan size:7X7 INCHES • Baking time: • Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes.
