Looking to test your change-of-direction skills on the football field? Use these Pro Tips to enhance your speed and agility with the 5-10-5 Shuttle Run. This drill is commonly used in offseason training as well as scouting combines. • The drill starts with you in a three-point stance. On the command, you’ll run five yards to your right. You’ll then plant and run 10 yards to the left.
