This is another family favorite that is very easy on the pocket book! Please click the show more box for more information and this recipe. • I can trace this recipe as far back as my grandmother in her pr-teens.These are fantastic with just about anything you want to top it with. I have even used these as a dessert with bananas, vanilla sauce and ice cream to top! • This recipe made 9 pancakes and the cost today was approximately $1.56! • That's a very low cost for a lot of food, and yummy food to boot! • Swedish Pancakes • 3 eggs • 2 ½ cups milk • ¾ cups flour ( sifted ) • ½ tsp vanilla • ½ tsp salt • 3 tbs butter ( melted ) • Extra virgin olive oil ( you can use melted butter or regular vegetable oil but I find they tend to burn ) • Beat eggs with a little of the milk till well mixed, add rest of milk, salt, butter vanilla beat well. Pour in flour a little at a time and beat till smooth. • Heat pan with a little extra virgin olive oil, pour in batter and roll pan to the outer edges to coat the bottom of pan when golden flip pancake and wait till under side gets golden as well. • Enjoy! • Join me on Facebook! • / 384214058354919 • Music By JewelBeat.com
