This lantern is good for someone wanting a lantern/fan combo. You can obviously find a better quality fan for the same price and a better quality lantern, but this combo gets the job done. Don't expect a ton of light coming from this, but there is enough to roughly illuminate a room or tent so you don't stub your toe.
