Like Subscribe to our channel. • Serving - 8 plates. • Cooking method: • Pre-requisite - • 1. Batter : • Raw rice - 1 cup • Ponni rice - 1 cup • Urad dal - 1/2 cup • Methi - 3/4 teaspoon • Salt • Soak Raw rice, Ponni rice, Urad dal methi for 3 hours in water. • Then, Grind it to smooth batter keep aside for 7 hours. • For modification of batter : • Coconut Oil - 2 tablespoon • Green chilli - 2 nos. • Ginger - 1 teaspoon chopped • Chopped onion - 1 nos. • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon • Curry leaves • Coriander leaves • Salt • Take a kadai. Place on stove with low flame. • Put Coconut oil. Add Ginger, Green chilli, Chopped onion, 1/2 tsp Salt, Turmeric powder Red chilli powder one by one. • Mix them well. Then, add a few Coriander leaves. • This mixture is added to the Grinded Batter.k • 2. Coconut chutney : • • Grated coconut - 1 1/2 cup • Green chilli - 4 nos. • Ginger - small piece • Tamarind paste - 1/4 teaspoon • Roasted Bengal gram (Pottukadalai) - 1 teaspoon • Curry leaf • Salt • Add it to a mixer grinder and make a fine paste. It is tempered later using Oil, Mustard Cumin in a kadai. • Main procedure - • Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon • Place a Paniyaram pan on the stove with full heat. Add Oil into the pan then the Batter mix. • Close the pan for some time then toss it for frying both sides properly. • • Tasty Paniyaram is ready.
