Clem Sehrt was an associate lawyer and a financial advisor to a Louisiana banker associated with Carlos Marcello. • When Marguerite testified to the Warren commission she explained she had known Clem and his family for years since early childhood. Mrs. Oswald admitted to not seeing him for years until she seeked legal help in her sons desire to join the marines and falsify his birth certificate since at the time he was under age. • At first Clem denied in helping Lee join the marines but then eventually agreed to falsifying documents so he could join early.
