Here’s how to make a Chocolate Fondue with your own mini Chocolate Fountain Machine. • You will need the two key ingredients: • *Hershey’s Kitchens Milk Chocolate Chips (it’s easy to melt, already broken to smaller pieces and has lower viscosity perfect for your Fountain) • *Vegetable Oil - to melt your chocolate in a pan and make it smooth not sticky in your Fountain machine. • You need to melt your chocolate chips as fluid in the vegetable oil in a very low heat so as not to burn the chocolate chip and achieve the perfect consistency with the oil • Pre-heat your chocolate fountain machine with the second button after setting aside your melted chocolate chips before pouring on the bottom plate. Turn your machine to the first button for the melted chocolate to flow amazingly. • *TIP: We used only 1 bag of chocolate chips so the flow is not that much.
