The results were still amazing without one. • Also, Blond Brilliance carries a 5 volume developer. The purpose for this low volume is to just deposit color. That was my original plan, but I ended up changing my mind and wanted to lift a level because some of my hair was a darker shade. I wanted to try something different other than the usual Wella T-10 or T-18. • This is my result after just one lightening session.
