From videos for beginners learning how to sew to easy to follow 'guides' on how to correctly set up your machine. • Follow these step-by-step instructions to learn how to needle thread case on your Lincraft Sew 4 Fun Sewing Machine • 1. Ensure the machine is turned off • 2. Lift the needle to the highest position by turning the handwheel towards you • 3. The needle will now line up with the automatic needle thread • 4. Lift the presser foot up • 5. Place spool on the spool pin, ensuring the thread pulls from the back • 6. Hook the thread to the back of the tension guide • 7. Loop the thread around the right thread guide, then down towards the needle • 8. And up back through the left thread guide • 9. Draw the thread up through the take-up lever, right to left, then back down the left-hand side of the take-up lever • 10. Pull the thread behind the needle bar hook • 11. Slowly and gently pull and hold the lever down • 12. Loop the thread around the threader hook and back across the needle eye • 13. Gently hold the thread across the needle eye and slowly release the lever • 14. The thread will create a loop back through the needle eye.
