Hello sunshine! :) • This is my first how to video :) I hope you enjoy it. • I been wanting to make a youtube channel for the longest time but I keep pushing it back and never get to it. Hopefully I'll manage to upload a video once a month :) • Recipe - Tofu Pudding • Ingredients for tofu pudding • 1 litre soy milk 豆奶 (sweeten or unsweeten) • 2 tablespoons water 水 • 1½ teaspoons gypsum powder 石膏粉 • 1½ teaspoon cornstarch 生粉 • Ingredients for syrup • 1 stick chinese brown sugar/ cane sugar / brown candy 冰片糖 • a small piece of ginger 姜 (optional) • 1 cup water 水 • Instruction Tofu Pudding • 1. In a tall container mix in cornstarch, gypsum powder, and water. Until all the powder have dissolved. • 2. Boil soy milk until it reaches 85 to 90 degree Celsius. • 3. Pour hot soy milk to the tall container in one continuous flow. • 4. Cover the top and make a tight seal. • 5. Leave container for 15minutes. • Instruction Syrup • 1. De-skin ginger and cut it into slices • 2.
