In this video, I will show you what you should expect in your November diet ICAN examination for Performance Management students. Many students are getting discouraged and fearful as the ICAN examination approaches. This is due to a lot of reasons such as: • uncertainty about which areas to focus on • inability to remember what has been read • fear of failure • inability to cover a significant part of the syllabus and many others. • • In this video, I do a trend analysis showing a yearly analysis of ICAN's past questions. You get to know which topics are most examined, how many times (since November 2014) these topics have been tested as well as where to focus your time, energy and attention as you begin to finalize your preparations and revision toward the examination. • • The best way to maximize the knowledge shared in this video is to pay more attention to the topics I mentioned; I mean the topics you should expect to see in your examination. • • Thereafter, pay attention to the probable and then less probable topics in that order. I mentioned all these in the video. • • Please note that these are only speculations and suggestions. Please follow your heart. But imagine that out of the 5 topics I pointed out in the video, you have your compulsory question and 3 other questions in your examination; just know that you have excelled. • • I wish you all-round success. • • Please let me know if you got any value from watching this video, this will encourage me to show you what to expect in other papers.
