Client: Mr.Rafi • Area : 3300 sq.ft • location: Karunagappally • Status: ongoing • The aptly named The skillion roof Residence was carefully put together in the chic contemporary style of architecture to evoke a feeling of heavenly luxury in the eye of the beholder. In keeping with the client’s predilection, we incorporated a modern twist on the classic traditional roof design of South Indian architecture, which culminated in a contemporary skillion roof design for the house. • The interiors of this residence have been moulded around a centrally placed iconic staircase, and stand out by reflecting the convenience and sophistication associated with modern architecture.
