Wow! Wait until you guys see this home improvement / home improvement video! On our latest project, we're bringing you all a brand new roofing build, exposed beam, tongue and groove roof addition, over the top of an existing deck! • We took a straight, basic ranch layout, and literally had to add a 30' extension off the back of it! This was to cover the existing 10' x 16' back deck of the home. So if you are wondering how to build a deck, or roof addition over an existing deck, hopefully this video can give you some ideas! • All of the fancy beams on this full custom woodworking project had to be ordered from Pigeon Forge, TN! Yep! The same place that supplies all of that wood you see on all them fancy cabins, we ordered from the same place! • I gotta thank my good buddies at Tindell's building supply for really taking care of us here at Tennessee Technicians! Big shout out to my carpenter, slash contractor wizard buddies Drew Burt, and Shaun Coffey, for all of their fantastic craftsmanship they put into this project. • Shout out to my brother's company the roof surgeon! They did a spectacular job on installing the new gaf shingles! The entire project looks great! • Great job to my buddy Eric as well! He did an awesome job on all the railings and banisters! • It is so much cooler now that it's a covered deck, instead of just your basic, open deck layout.
