This video is a follow up to a previous video with the same title. It looks at what is meant by the terms coordinate and non-coordinate bases and how each is derived in relation to vectors. It then looks at what the commutator can tell us about the difference between the two types of bases. A number of examples are given to illustrate the concepts involved. • Correction: At 14:24 the coefficient of e_θ should be -1/r and NOT -1/r^2.
