The Little Western Extension Project is running right on schedule, and soon a massive steel bridge will connect Arlesdale Valley for a secret purpose. Unfortunately, the supports are fragile, so it's up to a surprise visitor, Scruff the Scruncher, to use his light weight and formidable strength to keep the project on course. However, Oliver the Great Western Engine is a little perplexed by the enthusiasm and grubby demeanor of the newcomer. Will Scruff be really useful? Or will he prove to be more trouble then he's worth? • The actor for Donald and Douglas, John Muste, will not be available for recording until the Fall Semester, and his mic is broken, so I have to have a fill in for a while.
