Customise the Top bar of Gnome Ubuntu 2004

In this video, I will be showing you how to customise the top bar in GNOME in Ubuntu 20.04 using CSS to get a new look. No extra extensions are necessary. Basically, we will be creating our own theme for the Gnome shell. If you know CSS, then you can customise it in any way you like.
