A creamy rich and simple dessert for every Eid table. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion • Ingredients: • -Badam (Almonds) 10-12 • -Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12 • -Vermicelli crushed 150g • -Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs • -Doodh (Milk) 1 ½ litre • -Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste • -Kewra essence ½ tsp • -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1-2 tbs • -Kishmish (Raisins) 1-2 tbs • -Pista (Pistachios) sliced • -Badam (Almonds) sliced • -Kishmish (Raisins) • Directions: • -In a grinder,add almonds,cashew nuts grind well set aside. • -Crush vermicelli with the help of hands set aside. • -In a wok,add clarified butter let it melt. • -Add vermicelli fry for 2-3 minutes. • -Add milk,mix well bring it to boil cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes. • -Add almonds cashew powder,sugar,kewra essence,mix well cook on medium flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes). • -Add pistachios,raisins mix well. • -Let it cool. • -Garnish with pistachios,almonds,raisins serve chilled.
