Very nice, new fuel efficient van with the diesel engine that is ideal for contractors, electricians, or for anyone who wants a van but with diesel economy. A 3.7L V6 engine and the 3.5L EcoBoost turbocharged V6 engine are also available for those who do not want the diesel engine. This new van is in competition with the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and the Ram ProMaster. Thank you for watching. • Engines for the 2015-2016 Ford Transit are as follows: • 3.5L EcoBoost turbocharged V6, 3.7L Ti-VCT V6 FFV, and the new 3.2L I-5 Powerstroke Turbo Diesel. The 3.7L can be made to run on CNG (Compressed Natural Gasoline) or LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas), but you have to check with your local Ford dealership for details. • Three models for the Ford Transit are as follows: • Van • Wagon XL • Wagon XLT. • There are three roof heights for this model: • • Low (83.6”) and medium (100.8”) roof heights on the regular 130-inch wheelbase* • • Low (83.2”), medium (100.7”) and high (110.1”) roof heights on the long 148-inch wheelbase* • • High (109.4”) roof height on the long 148-inch wheel/extended body* • Two wheelbases and body lengths for the Ford Transit are as follows: • Transit Van : 130-in. wheelbase with 126-in. load floor; 148-in. wheelbase with 143.7-in. load floor; plus 148-in. wheelbase/extended body with 172.2-in. load floor • Transit Wagon: 130-in. wheelbase with standard 8-passenger seating or available 10-passenger aisle seating; 148-in. wheelbase with standard 12- or available 15-passenger aisle seating; 148-in. wheelbase/extended body with standard 15-passenger aisle seating and increased rear cargo space • Pricing for the Ford Transit is as follows: • $29,735 for the Van • $32,270 for the Wagon XL • $33,770 for the Wagon XLT. • If at anytime I have missed out on the features, specs, or options on this particular model, then please let me know so I can make changes to them.
