But in this pakoda we use wheat flour. • It is quick and simple evening snack and also very healthy. • Ingredients with approx measurements • wheat flour - 1 cup • Rice flour - 1/4 cup • salt • red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp • curry leaves • grated ginger - 2 tbsp • finely chopped green chili • sliced onion - 2 nos • coriander leaves • oil - for frying • • Method: • In a bowl, add 1 cup of wheat flour, 1/4 cup of rice flour, • salt, red chili powder. • Add 1 tbsp of crushed fennel seed, crushed 7 to 8 garlic pods, • curry leaves, grated ginger, finely choppec green chili. • Add coriander leaves 2 nos of sliced onions. • Without adding water, mix everything well. • Now add water gradually make a soft dough. • Add 2 tbsp of hot oil into prepared dough. • Mix it well. • Now dough for pakoda is ready. • Pre heat the oil. Put the pakoda batter into • hot oil in irregular shape. • After 2 to 3 sec using laddel flip it over another side. • Fry in medium flame until it gets nice brown colour. • Now pakoda nicely fried. Remove it from oil. • Enjoy the pakoda with ketchup / green chutney.
