LEARN HOW TO MAKE A FAST VEGAN UDON STIR FRY NOODLES RECIPE • LAY HO MA!! Udon noodles are one of my favourites - you can use them in soup and in stir fry! If you're at a loss with what to do with those stray vegetables in the fridge, this is an incredibly easy noodle dish you can make today. Join me in this episode and learn how to make a fast Japanese style udon stir fry. Let's begin. • Ingredients: • 3 broccolini • 1/4 carrot • 2 sticks green onion • 3 large leaves nappa cabbage • small bunch shimeji mushrooms • small bunch bean sprouts • 1 bundle udon noodles • 1 tbsp cane sugar • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 generous tbsp gochujang (   • Korean Chili Paste ***EASY 5 MIN RECI...  ) • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil • drizzle of olive oil • 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds • • Directions: • 1. Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles • 2. Chop the broccolini and carrot into bite sized pieces. Chop the green onion into small batons keeping some of the green part for garnish • 3. Roughly chop the nappa cabbage • 4. Boil the noodles for half the time of package instructions, in this case 4min • 5. Make the sauce by mixing together the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil • 6. Save 1/2 cup of the cooking water from the noodles and strain out the rest • 7. Heat up a sauté pan on medium heat. Drizzle some olive oil • 8. Sauté the broccolini and green onion for a few minutes. Add the carrots, mushrooms, and kappa cabbage. Sauté for another 2min • 9. Add the noodles, sauce, reserved cooking water, and the bean sprouts • 10. Stir for a few minutes and allow the noodles to absorb the sauce • 11.
