Easy repair turntable wont spin TECHNICS SL1500

Just sharing my troubleshooting of Technics SL-1500 turntable. Strobe light is ON but turntable won't spin. My final troubleshooting I end up in a filter cap 470uF 50V. This cap generates abnormal heat . My assessment to this is shorted and leaky capacitor.
