The rhizomes are very similar to common ginger but lack its pungency, and instead have a raw mango flavour. • Mango-ginger looks exactly like common ginger but it has flavour of raw mango. It is the rhizome of plant Curcuma amada and belongs to family Zingiberaceae, genus Curcuma. In Genus Curcuma, there are more than eighty species of rhizomatous herbs. Etc • Lakadong ACC48 are high curcumin Variety having Curcumin content more than 5% • Kasturi Haldi ( Curcuma Aromatica) - • This haldi is mainly used in cosmetic for skin treatment for external Application. • In treatment Of Acne, black curcles, Ageing and Roughness of skin This Haldi is Applied on the skin in form of Face mask. • Original Kasturi Haldi Is cremish Brown in colour. • Amba Haldi - Curcuma Amada ( Mango Ginger) • This Is Cresmish White in colour.
