Next, we visit Boulders Beach in Simon's Town, known for its charming penguin colony. We then head to the vibrant Durban Point, capturing the hustle and bustle of this popular seaside destination. Moving on, we take in the serene beauty of Plettenberg Bay, a coastal paradise known for its pristine beaches. We also witness the magnificent sight of an oil carrier in motion at Durban Point. Later, we visit Grotto Bay on the West Coast. Kleinbaai is next on our list, where the majestic Sacred Ibis can be observed in its natural habitat. • Here's a short weather forecast for South Africa today: • This morning, expect foggy conditions across the Highveld, eastern Free State Province, KwaZulu-Natal Province, Eastern Cape Province, parts of the Western Cape Province, and along the west coast. There is a likelihood of scattered to severe thunderstorms in central South Africa, particularly affecting areas in the Eastern Cape Province, and the KwaZulu-Natal Province. The South African Weather Service has issued impact-based warnings for the following areas. Severe thunderstorms are anticipated, bringing heavy rainfall, damaging winds, excessive lightning, and hail. This may lead to localized flooding on vulnerable roads and communities, as well as potential damage to infrastructure.
