Concerto Bakery cafe located inside the Hmart LA City Center is the spot to be if you're in Ktown and craving something sweet! Loved all of their variety of well known japanese salt breads offered here and fell in love with their signature soft cream castella (Japanese sponge cake) with my cup of Hojicha latte! • When I saw they had sweet potato cake and buns. Had to jump on giving them a try since seeing anything with sweet potato is rare to see as a desert option other than your thanksgiving sweet potato pie. • First, when you arrive at Concerto Bakery Cafe. It's self service, you grab a tray and pick your items using the thongs. If you're wanting anything behind the glass like these amazing cakes you would stand in line with your tray and just let them know which items you like with your tray and your drinks. Concerto Bakery offers a great selection of lattes, coffees and more. • By chance you would like to have your baked goodies a little warm? They have a cute vintage mini microwave for you to heat up your baked goodies. I had to heat up my savory basil sausage for barely 15-30 seconds and it was delish. The Egg salad ham sandwich was really light and enjoyable. This purple sweet potato cream bun was really fluffy and loved the sweet potato gooey ness right in the center of the cream inside the bun.
