Thanks so much for watching. • Ingredients: • 2 cups pancake mix • 1 1/4 cups milk • 3/4 cup granulated sugar • 2 eggs • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • butter for greasing pan • Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Pour into mini muffin pans. Steam for 8 minutes.
