As you are all aware, to hit Pirate Legend, you will need to be Level 50 in 3 alliances, one of them, is usually the neglected alliance, which is the merchant alliance. When I was aiming for Pirate LEgend, I hit level 50 in gold Hoarder and 50 in Order of Souls but was still 37 in Merchant, so I had to chase chickens for 10 days straight to achieve my Pirate Legend status.
