Here is how to make your own Starbucks at home ~ salted caramel cream cold foam cold brew! Cold brewed coffee with caramel syrup topped with a salted creamy cold foam. Enjoy! • INGREDIENTS • Coffee beans 2/3 cup coarsely ground • Water 3 cups • Heavy Cream 1/2 cup • Milk 1/4 cup • Sugar 1/2 tsp • Sea salt 1/2 tsp • Caramel Syrup 2 tbsp • Ice 1/2 cup • MATERIALS • French press or large jug/mason jar • If not using a French press you will also need a cheesecloth/fine-mesh strainer • STEPS • 1. Coarsely ground fresh coffee beans of your choosing (im using a medium roast) • 2. Mix together 2/3rd cups of ground coffee with 3 cups of water in a French press, jar, or other container. • 3. Soak and stir together • 4. Cover and leave in refrigerator for at least 12 hours to overnight. Do not push plunger down/strain the coffee grounds just yet. • 5. For the salted foam, beat with mixer 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup milk, and 1/2 tsp white granulated sugar. • 6. Mix until nice and foamy or until desired consistency. Mix for longer for thicker/foamier consistency • 7. Strain/press the coffee separating the coffee grounds. If you are not using a French press, line a fine-mesh strainer with cheesecloth and slowly pour the coffee through the strainer separating the grounds/concentrate. • 8. In a cup, mix together 2 tbsp caramel syrup, coffee and ice. • 9. Top with your salted foam • 10.
