Exercise #1 is 3 note triad on an LA syllable. Exercise #2 uses a slow to fast pattern on an GEE, sound. Exercise #3 uses an ascending and descending pattern on a number count. When you sing, you your vocal cords vibrate at a certain speed creating a certain frequency of sound. Pitch is one of the first things our brains recognize when hearing a voice, and can be the difference between a good singer and a great singer.
