The curtain fell on the 44th Retromobile Show on Sunday 10th February. Over five days historic car fans strolled through the alleys in the Parc des Expositions at the Porte de Versailles in Paris to feast their eyes on some of the world’s most beautiful marvels of motor cars. • There were many outstanding exhibits at this year’s show including the beautiful collection of McLarens on Richard Mille’s stand, the celebrations of Citroën’s and Bentley’s 100th anniversary, the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the F1 turbocharged engine’s first victory with Renault, and the presence of the huge Berliet T100. • As always Peter Auto was a not-to-be-missed rendezvous for all the partners, entrants, collectors, exhibitors and spectators who attended the show. We would like to send them all our warmest thanks for turning up in such large numbers. On the stand the theme was Chantilly Arts Elegance Richard Mille, which was a big success with the visitors who could admire a Ballot 3/8LC and a McLaren F1 GTR. • Subscribe ☛ / peterautoofficial
