Use olive oil to help gather the sticky dough without adding more flour. • Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. • Divide the dough into 3 parts, stretch each piece into a round shape, and drizzle olive oil on top. Lightly press the edges with your fingers to leave them slightly thicker. • Drizzle more olive oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) on the top rack for 6-7 minutes, or until lightly golden. • Once out of the oven, spread pesto sauce and cream cheese inside. Season tomato slices with lemon pepper sea salt and place them inside the sandwiches.
