Raggmunk med fläsk - Potato pancake with fried pork belly • • This is swedish husmanskost - traditional swedish cooking. • • I was inspired by Chef John Politte - Its only food - his recipe here:    • It's Only Food Cooking Channel  | It'...   and the channel    / poltri131312   • • • You need to serve 2-3: • 1 dl (2/5 cup) all purpose flour • 1 tsp salt • 2 dl (7 ounces 4/5 cup) milk • 1 egg • 400 gr (14 ounces) of coarsly grated potatoes • butter for frying • • 400gr (14 ounces) of salted pork belly • • • Do like this • Whisk together flour, salt, with a little of the milk at a time, slowly adding the milk until smooth. Add the rest of the milk and the egg. • Peel the potatotes and grate them coarsly, and add it to the mix immediately to stop if from browning. • • Fry in melted butter, calculate 0,5 dl (1/5 cup) per pancake • • Fry the pork belly to desired hardenss • Let the pork dry on paper towels if you wish and serve them together with the Raggmunk and som grated carrots, and some lingonberry jam - ikea sells it - (cranberry will do as well) • • Enjoy
