How to get a HIGHER BITRATE on Twitch Bandwidth FIX

If your upload speed is good enough (over 10 mbps) but streaming on Twitch still gives you dropped frames due to network issues, or you just want to get a higher bitrate on Twitch, this video is perfect for you! Twitch does not allow me to stream with a bitrate over 4000 kbps which is weird because I have have a 10 mbps (10000 kbps) upload speed. I use a multi-streaming platform called Restream.io to reroute my stream to their servers, then to Twitch to solve this issue.
