So this was something that drove me insane not knowing about for the longest time. Even after countless times of searching through walkthroughs and guides, nothing was very clear on where this Ice Rock, Icy Rock, Frozen Rock, or whatever this stone is called, was located. Therefore I decided to create this clear and detailed guide of how to get to this rock that allows you to evolve Eevee into Glaceon.
