#potatorecipes #roastedpotatoes #babypotatoes # #ovenroastedpotatoes #perfectroastedpotatoes • Oven-roasted baby potatoes | Roasted potatoes in Tamil | Veg recipe • Ingredients : • Baby potatoes - 500gm • Olive oil - 5tsp • Parsley - 1tsp • Pepper powder - 1tsp • Garlic granules - 1tsp • Paprika powder - 1tsp • Chopped spring onions - 2tsp • Salt as per taste • Steps : • 1. Wash and boil the baby potatoes for 5 mins(half-cooked), then strain and cool completely. • 2. Gently press on top of the potatoes one by one using a masher or any flat surface and put them in a bowl. • 3. Add parsley, paprika powder, garlic granules, pepper powder, and salt and toss until all ingredient binds together. • 4. Grease the baking tray and arrange all the potatoes. • 5. Preheat the oven and bake for 20 - 30 mins at 200c or until the edges the brown. • 6. Remove from the oven and garnish with spring onions. • 7.
