A full-term pregnancy has three trimesters and lasts around 40 weeks starting from the first day of the last menstrual period. In each trimester, the fetus meets specific developmental milestones. • • The three trimesters as follows, though the timing can vary: • • First trimester: 1–12 weeks • Second trimester: 13–28 weeks • Third trimester: 29–40 weeks • • Now, why have we divided the total three trimesters of pregnancy? The reason is that there are specific developmental changes that happen, during the first three months, the middle three months, and the last three months. The treatment is slightly different in all three trimesters. • • If you’re pregnant or thinking about getting pregnant, schedule an appointment with your gynecologist to know about safe pregnancy and how each trimester needs special care. • • Get in touch with expert gynecologist Dr Puja Sharma if you have any women's health concerns. • @doctorpuja • Follow on Instagram - https://instagram.com/doctorpuja?igsh... • Follow on Facebook-   / drpujasharma.  . • Subscribe to our channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYMg... • Hashtags :- #gynecologist #pregnancyjourney #pregnancy besttimetogetpregnant #pregnancy #symptomspregnancy #tipspregnancyweek #trimester #4bestdaystogetpregnant #howtogetpregnantfast ##gynaecologistcareer #earlypregancy #gynaecologistfertileperiodofawomen #earlypregnancysymptoms
