From the slow roasted tender fatty beef brisket to the shatteringly crispy lechon, this was a true Filipino feast. • This is Chef Laudico Guevarra's Buffet and it is a hidden gem. I would not have known about this had it not been my good friends Sam and Carla taking me there one night. And I had to visit again to take you with me. This is a family restaurant hosted in a gorgeous heritage house from 1926 and the tradition of good food and great hospitality lives on! • This very different from the grandeur of the Vegas style buffets or the hotel style buffets. This is Filipino food at it's finest and most comforting.
