Pressurizing HMMWV Fuel Tank

I recently had the misfortune of running all the fuel out of my HMMWV. Even after adding fuel to the tank, it would not start. Turns out the mechanical fuel pump REALLY does not like to run dry. So, I found this helpful hint at Steel Soldiers (link below) to pressurize the fuel tank to help push fuel to the engine.
