Dynamic Speeds Test Shoulder Clinical Exam SLAP Special Tests

The Speed's Test was originally designed to detect biceps pain, however, many have often also used to during their shoulder clinical examination as a SLAP special test. • I'm not 100% sure how specific the Speed's Test is for a SLAP tear. It never seemed to produce a positive test in my hands for SLAP lesions. • So, I created a variation that I think works better for SLAP tears, the Dynamic Speed's Test. • 👊🏻Was this helpful?
