It was created by supreme beings to contain and punish the souls of the most vile monsters that did the most unforgivable things known to monsterkind. History doesn't specify what evil things this creature has done, but it seems like it was enough to set his abdomen into stone. Though that barely hurts to Mehpa, he's ashamed of it, so he either tries to hide it in a shell or violently beats it up with all of his limbs when he fails to do so. • When Mehpa first appeared on Panic Cavern, he was trying to claim himself as the only tyrant of the island, only to be fairly quickly humbled by Jerber.
