She responds appropriately to the patient’s concerns and is very reassuring. She gives relevant information clearly, although she also needs to check periodically that the patient has understood and encourage the patient to contribute her reactions. She sequences the interview logically and summarises the key points. Her pronunciation is easily understood most of the time, with occasional inaccurate stress (injure) and she speaks fluently with only natural hesitation and with generally accurate grammar and vocabulary. • Did you know we have a free preparation page?
