A delicious sabzi prepared using the healthy drumsticks. Easy to make, simple and healthy too!! • SINGH NU SHAAK • Ingredients • 2-3 drumsticks (singh), cut into 1½ inch sticks, peeled and blanched • ½ cup gram flour (besan) • 1 cup buttermilk • 2 tsps oil • ½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder • 1 tsp red chilli powder • ½ tsp cumin powder • ¾ tsp coriander powder • Salt to taste • Garam masala powder for sprinkling • 1 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves • Steamed rice to serve • Method • 1. Take gram flour in a bowl, add buttermilk and whisk well. • 2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, drumsticks and the gram flour mixture, mix well. Add salt, mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes. • 3. Add garam masala powder and coriander, mix well and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes. • 4.
