We’re using 10-20 lb dumbbells. Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band. • ► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels! • ► INSTRUCTIONS: • It looks like this: • ✔️4 Circuits (3 exercises per circuit — a Strength, Power and Isometric exercise) • ✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds work for each strength exercise, 30 seconds work for each power exercise, 20 seconds work for each isometric hold. Rest for 10 seconds after every exercise.) • ✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets • ✔️ Bonus Burnout Circuit • ► Workout Outline: • 1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: • 1. Strength: Squat + Curl + Press • 2. Power: Deadlift + Clean + Squat Thruster • 3. Isometric: Banded Squat Hold + Bicep Curls • X2 • 2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: • 1. Strength: Lateral Lunge + Single Arm Row, R/L • 2. Power: Lateral Lunge + Single Arm Plank Row + Burpee Get Up, R/L • 3. Isometric: Plank + Single Arm Row Hold, R/L • X2 • 3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: • 1. Strength: Staggered Deadlift + Reverse Lunge, R/L • 2.
